We aim to make a difference in the lives of patients and care givers by producing
quality diagnostic tests and providing efficient after-sale customer support.
We
chose to invest in the manufacture of quality diagnostic tests because the
tests used in laboratories, clinics and hospitals in countries in our region
are largely of poor quality; they take long to give results; are not readily
available; and after- sale customer support is lacking.
This
scenario has created a spiral of unintended consequences for the patient,
clinician, laboratory staff, and the health system.
We
believe that patients, laboratory staff, and clinicians deserve better.
